Why Baa exists
Most sleep apps answer “what happened last night?” Baa is built to answer the next questions: why might this be happening to me, what should I try, and did it actually help?
Personal, not generic
Two people can sleep the same number of hours and feel completely different in the morning. So Baa doesn't start from average advice. It learns your normal first, then looks at what's different about your tired mornings — and tells you exactly which counts it's looking at.
One change at a time
Trying ten tips at once teaches you nothing. When a clue holds up, Baa suggests one small, safe, reversible change for five nights and compares the result with your normal. Sometimes the answer is “that didn't matter” — and that's worth knowing too.
Who is Baa?
A small, goofy sheep and the world's least convincing detective. He forgets where he put his notebook and sometimes falls asleep mid-case. The rule we build by: Baa can be silly — your sleep information never is.
