1. What Baa is — and isn't

Baa helps you notice patterns in your own sleep, test small behaviour changes, and record what seems to help. Baa is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Patterns and experiment results are observations about your own data, not medical conclusions. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional about any medical condition, and never ignore or delay professional advice because of something you saw in the app. See our Health Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Baa. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Free features and Premium

Some features are free. Others require Baa Premium. Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example weekly, monthly or yearly) and/or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The plans, prices and any introductory offers available to you are shown in the app before you buy.

4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If a free trial or introductory price is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks Premium for as long as Baa is offered, and does not renew.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can restore purchases in the app with the same Apple ID.

5. Your data

Your sleep data is stored on your device and belongs to you. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. Because data is stored on your device, you are responsible for it if you delete the app or change phones.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Baa: don't reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the app or its services, and don't use it in violation of any law.

7. Our content

Baa, Baa the character, and the app's design, text and software belong to Ant Intellect. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

8. Apple

These terms are between you and Ant Intellect, not Apple. The app is also licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

9. Disclaimers

Baa is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any pattern, clue or experiment result is accurate or will improve your sleep.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ant Intellect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Baa. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Baa in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

11. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above and let you know in the app. You can stop using Baa at any time. We may suspend access if you seriously breach these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Ant Intellect is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
